350z - tech goes where the *****are.

Old, but brings up the question of if this is even worth the money to do. Most would say, intake->Cats>exhaust>flash/tune. This will give you more than anything NA as far as bolt ons.

A tune is better than a bored out throttle body. Nissan/infiniti's are electronically controlled to not open up past 80% for safety reasons... I guess they don't want you to accelerate too fast? A tune will eliminate this restriction.

That's partly true. They only open up to 80% at speeds under 30mph. Uprev told me so.

I thought that was one of the things a reflash fixes though?

Drive By Wire Adjustment
Throught our testing we found, the drive by wire system was program to never fully open (throttle flap) when you smash the accelerator pedal. In fact, it actually closes the closer you get to the rev limiter, by as much as 20%. This restricts air into the motor and causes HP and Torque numbers to go down. We have remapped this setup so when you go wide open throttle, the throttle flap fully opens and STAYS OPEN, increasing HP and Torque.

Reflash fixes both. I've heard of the one you just mentioned too. Supposed to be a 'softer' revlimiter or something.
