It would be a comparison of stock cats v HR ART pipes being the only variable.

I had to put the oem cats back after my Agency Ti went in TOO LOUD!
I'm hoping these will be quieter than resonated test pipes. I put in an XYZ with resonator and that helped and the silencer helped too so it is bearable now.
Did you check all of your vacuum hoses?

Well it's happened... got a CEL @ ~1,200 miles after ART pipes went on and I have a HR.
Car was professionally installed at a reputable shop who has also installed a DE ART Pipe before me so I won't question the installation.
Tony, I thought these weren't supposed to throw up the CEL? I don't have anything installed other than the ART Pipes.. I guess I will go and find out what code it's throwing.
Bummer... The reason i went with ART pipe was so i wouldn't throw up the code...

Yes, I made specific design efforts to prevent CEL's from comming on. You are the first domestic Z to report this.
What is on the ART pipe is the best that can be done without using more costly means.

BTW.... this may make for a good test opportunity.
That more costlier method I referred to. Wana try something different? We may be able to change the CEL results.
If I can get it to shut off in your case, that would be the best test result.

Here is a guess for you. I bet you have P0420 and P0430, both catalyst inefficiency codes. If its anything else its not the ART pipes.
