Crap. Looks like I came across this thread a little late. I ma heading up to Hills in June to have FI resonated test pipes installed on my HR. The TPs are already at the shop. I will also add JWT intakes and do runs between each mod. I have stock and tune only dyno graphs currently and will do dyno runs after the intakes and again after TPs for two more baselines and then a tune again - same dyno dynamics dyno. Almost tempted buy the ARTs too. So far it looks like the only dyno posted showed about 11 hp gains going from OEM cats to ARTs without a tune. Anything other ART dynos out there on an HR?

Yeah I've had a hard time finding many ART Pipe HR dynos too but I'm sure they make more than 11 whp/tq. BTW I suggest against JWT intakes.. get long tube intakes from Injen or Stillen mr-mike.

Tony - Let me know if you would like to do a rebate for a dyno comparison of these new ART Pipes to my Berk Test Pipes on a 2007 HR Z. I have a baseline as well with stock cats. My shop quoted me $175 to do the same day comparison.

For me, I can say that a 10 hp gain realizes no perceivable difference in performance. I gained 18 hp on a tune alone and couldn't really feel anything. Not sure why everyone else is ecstatic about a few HP and boasts how much quicker their Z feels.

I was headed that way Sir but I really liked the principle of the filter design with the wide opening connecting to that radiused/venturi intake pipe entrance. Less bends too. I am replacing the stock tubes between the JWT intakes and the throttle entrance with those smooth HPS silicone intake tubes too. I am also liking the carbon fiber intake ducts (through bumper) though I haven't acted on that yet.

Just want to bump this thread up.
I recently went from stock cats to test pipes on my 2007 350Z HR and they are just too loud for my tastes. So I just picked up a set of these ART Pipes and will have some real data for you HR guys soon!
The dyno's I get will have the cats/testpipes/art pipes as the ONLY variable so it will be clear, and they will all be done on the same dyno, perhaps on the same day. Will keep you guys updated.
I look forward to comparing these to my stock cats as well as some Berk test pipes (and maybe even a set of HFC's )!

Sounds reasonable to me..
Well sadly I won't be able to make this happen anymore. Tony said that he already has enough dynos for the HR. I am sure that I will have a dyno comparing my ART Pipes (V2) to the stock cats eventually, on the same dyno, but I won't have any comparing them to test pipes. I should have them installed in about a week but the dyno might be a while off.

Yes, we can do another dyno. I was anticipating you doing it but I didn't know it was you on the phone. Sorry, I get tons of correspondance. Its sometimes difficult to associate all the forum screen names with real names on the phone.
Lets do it.
