unfortunatly no, you need test pipes that fit the 370z if you have an 07-08 350z.

are you guys using the oem o-ring gasket? Are you pushing it into the oem header? I dont see how the oring will sit on the flat flange of a HFC or test pipe

Berk makes a very nice graphite gasket for this.

you can't use the stock oring gasket. if you are that is why you are leaking. which test pipes or high flow cats are you using?

i have bought a set of Invidia test pipes for my 07 nismo, and i have heard that the engine light will eventually come on... what kinda of solution is there to avoid this? i am unsure as to what to do when i get them installed or what to ask them to do.. if anyone could help me out with this that would be much appreciated, thanks.

stuffing with steel whole will fix this problem. i have had high flow cats off and on and had them over a year and a half now. i stuffed one time and had not needed to restuff since. it usually rusts out. idk if my ecu just learned over time but i have had no cel at all and very happy.

Im about to go with Berk HFC, but im not sure if the sound difference will be worth the money or if i should just go with test pipes.
i am pulling my borla off today and going back with fujitsubo. i hate the sund of borla even with high flow cats its to quite. i thought about the magnaflow route but if its quite now this will by far make it even more quite. i loved the sound of my fuji and never shoulf of gotten rid of it.

Just picked up a set of Z1 HFCs and have an Ark Grip CBE, only my Nismo CAI is installed right now. I'll get an Uprev tune when I install them and a re dyno to see the numbers. I'll be sure to post that up when its done.

I've got a buddy with a BMW 335i, also with a Borla, its more on the mellow side, I agree with ya. Too quiet for a $1000+ exhaust

I've got an 08 with aam test pipes and the aam single catback. Definitely LOUD but other than the rasp from 2000-2500 it sounds mean. Thinking about the resonated xyz pipe to clean it up but definitely wanting to get intakes and a tune asap because the TPs definitely make it run lean. Hoping I'll have some time to post a video when I go home for Christmas.

Also forgot to mention I've had the TPs for about 1000 miles. No cracks or issues. I heat wrapped them with DEI titanium wrap which even reduced the rasp a little. Did throw a CEL which turns off occasionally.

*edit: noob just discovered the edit button. my bad on two posts in a row
