They're usually pretty fast and only good for hearing a split moment of the sound. I'd prefer onboard or alongside if you want to know what it sounds like from in-car for example.

I will try and get a fly by as well, i'll just try and get a better setup to keep the sound 'in picture' for longer

Plans for dyno tune at all?

As for clips.. yes do some flybys at various rpms..

I must get the remainder of the Motordyne set up.. I have xyz/Arts.. have to get after the XYZ-pipe back parts.. Wonder if that can be done

Currently running the second tune revision, i'm getting email tuning from the WB's.

Flyby's don't sound like much at set RPMs, it's a quiet cruise exhaust, so it would have to be WOT flybys i would surmise.

I had what you had, the ARTs and XYZ, then i upgraded the rest of the system to the TDX2, just call Tony

Had a chance to hear it in person. But i have yet to found one single negative review on it. Deft worth the $

I have been trying to get a quality Camera/microphone recording of my ART/TDXv2 set up....but also kept running into exhaust leak issues at the header.

Thanks, that kinda spurs me on a little more to come up with something else...

I can assure you, even though i found a pretty good recording prior to getting my system, that you don't quite hear everything, even on the recording i made, it's *very* worth it!

As you're running the HR motor, you have to make sure you have some high temp/manifold quality gaskets on the ART to manifold connections, the angle of the pipes seem to cause/allow easy blow out. Motordyne have some suitable gaskets for it now to alleviate this issue.

Looking forward to the recordings

Nope, nothing here, sounds like it's not adjusted correctly or you have your hangars bent. Remember you adjust your pipes between the end pieces and the mid section for alignment, the end pieces stay still to keep the hangars level.

No problems of slipping here...those suckers dont move out of those rubber brackets at all. I had problems wwith the initial install trying to line them up, but once they in they should be good.

Just curious, how much louder is a TDX vs TDX2? I am contemplating "downgrading" to the original TDX w/out the Helmholtz Resonators ;S

Current setup I have right now is just VQ35HR with K&N Filters + ART + TDX2.
