Default Intake plenum question

In a few weeks I was thinking of buying the Kinetix V+ plenum Or the MD spacer iso-thermal. But reading a little more on the forums I saw the MREV helps the restricting problems. People are 50-50 I'm reading so many mixed reviews about them all.

So my question is should I go with just the pluneum? Or V+ or do the MREV? People are saying if u have the MREV u shouldn't use a spacer. So could I do the MREV and the V+ and gain power or would that be bad. I'm looking to gain some reasonable amount of power out of my DE.. Lol

Sorry I searched and read everything I could about it. Spent a good 10days on it, just couldn't find the exact answer.

i got the motordyne 5/16 with with alot of other goodies, when i was searching and reading about mrevs. i was told for the money it wasnt that big of a deal and to just go spacer. but i really do wonder oh the mrev would be without the spacer and stock upper. the spacer is subtle gain.

Ya I don't want to spend 600 for the MREV if the 200 spacer will give me the same power

Upper plenum OR spacer? Takes me back to 2004. See the Sport-Z magazine upper plenum vs spacer shoot-out. Very revealing.

Wow good job davidv trolling again. But that wasnt really the question. Is the MREV worth the money? Could I use the kentics v+ and MREV? Or is the MREV better than the V+/ spacer.
Hey tho david good try wasn't here in 2004 hell wasn't even able to drive

So anyone else got more info, I'm going to get the spacer unless the MREV and the V+ can be combined and give better HP gains

If you have the non revup engine, see these links.
Below is a comparison of Stock Vs Spacer Vs MREV2 Vs Spacer with MREV2. All of this testing was performed on a 2004 G35 with the non-revup engine.

Also see this link to an independent test on a NON-REVUP engine.

If you have the REVUP engine you definetly want both the MREV2 with the spacer.

See these links.

Its a lot of links, but its everything you could want to know about these modifications.

If you want more, I've got nearly 50 pages of links archived. And this only scratches the surface.
