Granted I have a DE, but here is pic of my steering clearance.

Nice to have another car to compare looking forward to your dyno. Hopefully my lowend issue is just my car since I'm auto.

So far I'm the only DE and your the only HR with these headers.

Funny that dip shows on a mustang and dynojet, but not on a dyno dynamics.

do you have a couple of more pics from the passenger side header?

dechan how was the fitting by the o2 sensor.. if you have a pic please post it.. thank you

512Z do you have a picture of your headers collector from the side not under the car?

I want to know if you can see them from the side like mine.

one picture I have on a glove with my hand around the collector to show clearance. (you can see my fingers reflection)

its a 224 dyno jet.

so after a couple of pulls on the dyno we had good results with these headers.

my car only has cold air intakes and dyno at = 276.95

with PPE LTH gain of 20hp so dyno at = 296.7

video clips will come soon and also a sound clip...

Nice!! Any lowend losses? If not that's good. Congrats on the new power.

Are you running the stock exhaust or any other mods besides the headers and intakes?

yeah he showed me the screen and that on 6500rpm we were already at 91%duty cycle on first pull

2nd pull at 7200 rpm at 93% so he recommended to increase the injectors..

has anyone else seen this before?

Post dyno sheet and ask them for your AFR sheet. It is a tragedy that you don't have a before dyno sheet because you don't really know what low end loss you experienced if any. Thanks for sharing the info you do have though.

Are those numbers open headers dumping on the ground? If so that might solve your injector issue.

He might have a before dyno if his original was done at uprev. Granted not same day, but at least same dyno.

My car has been on 3 different dynos/tuners 273hp dynojet showed lowend loss, 287hp mustang showed lowend loss, and 289hp dyno dynamics no lowend loss.

I know the loss is there because it shows in my 60fts at the track. Went from consistent 1.9-2.0 60ft to 2.2-2.3, but trapping 3mph higher from before.

Nothing was changed and I have before dynos on all 3 dynos except the dynojet was same day.

512z you did this dyno with open headers? If so I thought about doing that to be sure since my exhaust goes from 2.5 (headers) to 2.38 (exhaust). You can see the difference in flange size in the above picture.

Still good numbers and hope you solve you injector issue. I might do a cipher run to compare.

When I got my car tuned my tuner also mentioned the injectors duty cycle percentage so I traveled 4 hours to check out what he as talking about and he also showed me on the screen my stock injectors were at 99% at a max out of 305 whp so we decided to upgrade to ID725cc injectors and got myself to 315whp. This is all done on my N/A set up.

So this is only intakes and headers for mods? Tuned as well? Stock Y pipe? Where's the dyno sheet?

Yeah only intake and the long tube headers.. we dyno the car a little after closing and didnt want to bug him for the dyno sheet after we were done since he had leave.. will be getting the sheet to show you all of what it dyno and if possible to show the duty cycle percentage...
