y pipe will be coming in on thursday i wont have a chance to install till saturday.. so will show final resuts with y pipe on...

Oh yeah, this is one of the most over looked things on a NA motor.


on my stock injectors i hit 91% DC at 6900 rpm.


"they say" not to run a DC above 80%.




Once you are in the 280+WHP stock injectors are pushing their limits. sure you can make 300 whp on a stock injector if you want to push the injector to its limit.



Ive got 380's installed but i think 440's are a better fit just because they are much more common.


Go with 440's and you will not have any issues maxing them out NA.

thanks alot SurraTT for your info glad im not the only one... thanks to my good friends at SPL PARTS had injectors laying around and ended up being 440s that im going to install...

Lots of good info here. I didn't know the stock injectors maxed near 300 whp, I'll have to look into this as I'm looking to go for more NA power soon here.

Interested in seeing that dyno chart with the PPE longtubes and intakes. You gonna get that posted up tomorrow right?

as for now my car is sitting like this till tuesday since there closed tomorrow and thats where ill be installing the injectors so as soon as there in we are going to do a couple of more dyno runs...

tuesday for sure will show the dyno sheet and DU cycle of current injectors and new injectors....

With my 380s my DC is down to 71% at 6900 now. Your will be a little lower then that.

Ya, i never paid attention to IDC on my car. I'm gonna check it today just because of this recent turn of events. Wierd, never heard of DE's having this problem.
