What do you guys think about Spiral Flow Resonators????
Has anyone here used a Moroso spiral flow resonator as a replacement for the stock muffler resonator or aftermarket exhaust?
If so, what were the results? How did it change the stock exhaust note?
For aftermarket exhaust, did the spiral flow resonator help? Did it quiet down any rasp? Did it help with any drone effects?
I've heard other car guys talk about them saying good things & wanted to know if anyone here has some experience with them & would recommend them

Even though tons of people run muffler styles like this, I never would, even on an old $hitty Domestic car.
Are you on a budget or what?

^somewhat agree with him.
Regardless If you only want to change the TONE then swapping out the resonator(s) may be sufficient, but you might as well save up and get a legit Cat back to get a respectable change in sound...and free up some restriction while your at it.

To remove rasp you need to add resonators. Its pretty simple. Remember, the larger the muffler, usually the quieter it is.

Actually no. I was reading about them on other sites. The Mustang & Civic guys rave about them but no one here's used them yet. I always wondered if folks experimented with their stock exhaust sound by swapping out the resonator with one of these or used a spiral flow with an aftermarket exhaust attempting to reduce drone.

That ad looks like it was scanned out of a JC Whitney catalog from the 80's.
