Why does your exhaust hang so low? I have a friend with a 370z and your exhaust. It scrapes on small bumps.....it's horrific he's stock height too.

Apart from the 350z, The 370z does hang low. However, you are able to adjust the flanges to accommodate for stock height. We have not had any issues with stock height. For slammed/ Hellaflush customers, we advise them to wait for our newest GRIPv2.

The final test HFC is coming in with this container. However, final product will take 10 weeks after it is fully confirmed

The goods will come once we finished the final production unit with the 370z. The 350z is in its preliminary stages.

Ark Performance. Please give me a reason/update to why I should wait out longer for your HFC for the 350Z and not get these Kinetix ones:

http://www.kinetixracing.com/kinetix...onverters.aspx

I'm looking for:
-a more affordable set of HFC's
-equal or more hp than these kinetix ones
-no rasp
-a set that will pass emissions testing and have a carb number associated with it

Otherwise, why wait?

In the last video, I hear just as much hiss from your HFC's as all the others currently on the market. I thought the point of your design (and this thread) was to develop something to eliminate the hiss?

I got rid of the imfamous test pipe hiss with the Magnaflow resonated x-pipe (11386).

For those that want the ultimate performance and least smell, the best route is with Motordyne ART pipes or SGP Longtubes, Motordyne XYZ with Cat module and aftermarket exhaust.

If ARK can beat that set-up on the dyno (independent dyno), THEN I'll be impressed. If not, it's just another exhaust.

Not trying to bad mouth ARK, but if there is something else on the market that can compete with Motordyne in terms of performance and sound, the better off everyone is. When companies compete, the consumer wins.

These are all valid point you guys raise. it really comes down to independent dynos for individual customers to clear everything up

OK, I am trying to wrap my head around this thread. The original title suggests your goal was to develop a performance cat that also maintains an OEM-type of sound, but then you provide a video that demonstrates the complete opposite? Now you are saying that we need more independent dynos to verify power gains. So, I take it the sound quality piece of this pie has been put back into the fridge?

For those still following, save the headache and spend the little extra to get these:
