do you know the bore on the kinetix V+ upper plenum? I have that and am looking at a throttle body spacer or that new nwp 75mm throttle body. thinking the TB will yield better results just looking for pro advice.

The titan guys who used the LS3/LS7 90mm throttle bodies with Uprev had to disable codes P2135 (TPS circuit range/performance) and P2119 (ETC actuator range/performance) in order for the engine to start up and run. If these aren't disabled, the RPM will hang and you won't have throttle input. Essentially going into limp mode.

The rest was just some adapter plates being made, or adapting a LS2 90mm snout and grafting it to the factory titan manifold.

The wiring harness was easy, you can buy OEM LS3 TB harness pigtails, match the pinouts and go from there.

Been using an LS3 gold blade 90mm DBW throttle body on my Titan since 2013.

OEM GM LS3 90mm Throttle body to use is Part # 12605109

I imagine the 87mm throttle bodies would work just as well and better suited for space constraints.
