o2 Sensor Part # for Motordyne ART Pipes
Tried installing Motordyne ART Pipes and my mechanic was not able to get the stock sensors out of my stock cats. So probably will have to order 2 sensors (Bank 1 and Bank 2 that connect onto the stock cats).
Does anyone know the part # that I need or can link me to the ones I need to order?
I was looking around on http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/200...en_sensor.html but I'm not sure which ones to get. Help is greatly appreciated

Here you go, this is the correct one for the 2007.

PS, i don't like Bosch O2 sensors, i've had a lot of unreliable reports on them. NTK (or NGK as you'll know for spark plugs) is my choice here.

Thanks!
I went to O'Rileys and they were saying I needed sensors that cost like $185 each; so I was thinking they were the DENSO ones. But then I looked online and there were sensors made for Bank 1 and Bank 2, so I'm guessing it matters which side they are plugged in. So the ones you linked work for either side of the ART pipes? And did you have the same issue when you were installing your ART pipes (unable to remove your stock sensors)? We couldn't break the OEM sensors out of the OEM Cats and we tried using a 3-4ft breaker bar. It ended up stripping the sensor's bolt.

The sensors are not side dependant, but they are different post cat and pre cat, so down stream and up stream respectively.
I removed my sensors whilst the pipes will still bolted up, they were tight, but not too bad. If you stripped the threads on the sensor, you were tightening it, not loosening it. Something like that anyway. If you just rounded the sensor, it suggests the sensor remover wasn't very well, a good one is usually 5 sided at least and should prevent it rounding off.
Either way, these sensors will do what you need and do it well.

I canceled my order and I ordered the Lower Left and Lower Right NTK sensors from http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/200...en_sensor.html. The DENSO ones only have 1 option. I'm guessing those don't matter which Bank it's on?

Good move tbh, sorry i didn't spot that when i check their site.
You'll at least have exactly what's needed now, wouldn't mind if you would confirm the plug differences when you get them

Yea.. I tried to do more research on the topic, but basically all I've gathered thus far is there are 4 different sensors, 2 upper 2 lower, and Bank 1 Bank 2 which relates to which side the cylinder is on. As far as my visit to O'Riley, they said I needed 2 of these o2 sensors for the cats, which are the Lower. Did not say anything about needing a specific Left or Right one. That website I linked just had 1 listing for DENSO (no left or right), which I'm assuming is the OEM one used in the Z. So OEM ones don't matter which side and aftermarket replacements do? I'm thinking they should matter which side plugs in, but don't know why the OEM ones don't matter.
