Did you break the plastic off the MAF sensor? Cause if you did that may be why you're having a CEL. The sensor can't properly be seated with only 3 bolts, causing a vacuum leak. If you just broke a bolt you should be good, the JWT comes with new bolts and hardware.

Cool JWT Pop Charger

I want to get more from my Z and I was checking out some intakes. There are multiple CAI I've been thinking of getting but I rally think that i want the JWT Pop Charger. What would you guys recomend? I live in Miami where it rains just about every day and I am terrified of Hydrolocking my engine. What should I do? Also, what is the benefit of the grounding kit? Does it really work?

Do a search on the popcharger, you will find that it the most highly thought of, and most Z owners preferance. Get the PopCharger!

Grounding kit? Worthless... May make the engine bay look a little better, and MIGHT, make the idle a bit more smooth. But I doubt you will notice a thing.

This is one of the reasons why i got the popcharger. Get a popcharger...You wont regret it. Like a lot of people say here "Even if it doesnt produce any HP, the sound alone is worth the 100 beans"

BTW, where in Miami are you? I'm in the Hialeah/Miami Lakes area.

Just bought a new house yesterday and moving from Kendal to Miramar... Did you buy your Pop Charger local or off the internet? I'm having trouble finding it at a local shop. Also, everybody online has it for like $175.

Thanx,
Jason

Never istalled a pop charger but I have installed numerous intakes on many diffeerent cars and it couldn't be difficult at all. It should be as easy as unscrew and remove one part, and replace it with another.

I bought my popcharger from ultimatez.com for 110 shipped like someone stated above.

Pretty cool that your moving to Miramar, i'm always around my uncle's house there by Monarch Lakes on Miramar Parkway

Oh and its extremely easy to install the popcharger, shouldnt take more than 20 minutes. The hardest part is making the holes in the airduct for the heatshield. I did this by heating up a small nail and it went through the plastic like butter.

Good Stuff... I just ordered it from the link you gave. I'm moving to other side of I-75 and Miramar Pkwy. It's a neighborhood called silver Shores which is very close to Monarch Lakes. Are you a memebr of a Z club? I wanted to join one but I am unsure whether or not one exists.

Thanx,
Jason
