As stated above, the gains are there, but are ultimately negligible. The only testing I did not get to perform was long-term cruising temperature comparisons. I feel the results would be fairly similar - lower by 1-2 degrees. Since 10 degrees lower roughly equals 1% horsepower higher, you're looking at an increase in the realm of 0.2% horsepower at most. For a car putting out 250whp, that's 0.5whp or less.
So if you're considering installing a duct of this type, your reasons should be primarily aesthetic, as the performance gains from this mod are present, but negligible.

More so dyno results. Will probably do a baseline, on the day of testing, with the stillen intakes and current tune, then install the 3" intakes, and do another baseline, then let Bobby start working his magic and see where it takes me.

I see coolant hoses hooked to the TB, that needs to be removed.
Stock HR is 60 mm, I wonder if a pair of DE TB's would work.

The hr's use the the same connector as the 2k9 maxima. There's premade harness for the de tb to maxima so I guess you'd just need the inverse of it. Female your clip male de clip. And hope the bolt holes line up.

Scheduled appointment on Saturday to get the intakes installed and then get re-tuned.
Going to start by doing another baseline run with the current setup/tune, then install the intakes, and see where it goes. I want to re baseline because i now have the 3.9 final drive. and last time i dyno'd with the 4.08 gears (at the time was making 292whp, 264tq), the car's numbers were down to around 285/259. Bobby said every car that has a shorter gear in it, for some reason, just drops power on the dyno.
The car hit 303whp and 272tq with the 3.5 final drive in.
So basically if my baseline is 290 (where as I hit 303 with the 3.5 fd) and i gain 10whp with the intakes and retune, then i can assume 313ish whp with the 3.5 fd, no?
