Default Nismo Y-pipe question

Just wondering if the Nismo Y-pipe would bolt up to the stock exhaust.

They appear to be about the same length - about 35" from flange to flange. They are a different diameter though. The stock is 60mm pipe, the NISMO is 76mm. With a different diameter, the bolt spacing on the flanges might be different. There's really only one way to find out -- try it out.

I've got the Fujutsubo which is 80mm IIRC, and it bolts on perfectly. I've never heard of anyone having problems with either the Nismo or Fujitsubo

Thanks guys, got a PM from Jeff@Performance. He said that it will fit. He is running the Nismo exhaust with the JIC Y-pipe.

I was also thinking about guys running other brands of Y-pipes but still using the stock exhaust and I kinda thought that it should fit if they are.

NISMO Y-Pipe is a Fujitsubo Y-Pipe... the JIC Y-Pipe also bolts up to the stock exhaust...

the NISMO Mid Pipe does NOT work with the stock muffler... the piping is not long enough (or is it too short i forget) but either way it doesnt work with the stock muffler... (the mid pipe that is)

Japtrix sales a midpipe that does fit the stock muffler...its the same 3" diameter as Nismo Y Pipe.
