Thanks Road Warrior, you know, everytime i add a mod, I think it feels a little better on the butt dyno. After the cats, i thought it felt better, now with the headers it feels better again. Now i sort of can't wait till the next dyno day just to see what i have now. I hope it's at least 260 rwhp.

not trying to be mean here but....
are you all tone death? sounds like that green SOHC Non-vtec civic with DOHC VTEC stickers that pulls up to my school everyday. maybe it sounds better in person? gee, i hope so.
im definately staying away from stillen exhaust now along with those RT HF Cats
thanks for the clip though and not a bad setup, good look on the dyno.

haha, hey VQ35, i know what you mean, that tin can sound. Actually, it's not quite that bad in real life, it does sound much beefier than your honda civic going down the street, i just haven't had time to post a driveby. Just flashed my ecu for all the exhaust mods i just did and i'm getting more power and bit more solid sound, i was running slightly lean but not too bad, plugs weren't all white.

Hi everyone..I just got the Nismo exhaust (and pop-charger) on my Z and I am really REALLY pleased with the sound and increase in performance. Don't have a clip yet, but I plan on doing one after I install the headers in the next week or so.
I'ver never been a huge Stillen fan 'cos I think their stuff's a little pricey, but for now (in my opinion) Nismo rules!!!

Sorry Steve,
didn't install it yet, it's something i'll get after my tax return comes in. I'm not sure to go with the full clutch upgrade, but i might do that anyway since it'll be apart. From what i heard is the nismo flywheel isn't that much lighter so it doesn't feel that much different driveability wise. But that's what i want, i like the way the stock heavy flywheel drives, very easy on hills, lots of momentum stored in that weight. I'm not into track so i guess i really don't need a superlight flywheel, so i thought the nismo would be perfect. I guess if you buy the whole nismo clutch package it makes less noise than just replacing the nismo flywheel (rattle between 1-2k rpm everyone is saying). But if i get it, i'll let you know. I know some members on here have the nismo flywheel and like it. I'm not sure if it's an R-tune item or S-tune item though.

For those of you who want to see a blurry tailpipe spewing water out, here's another exhaust shot. For those of you who hated it, well..... you'll still hate it haha. :P

Glorious and Gracias, sounds great at idle, thanks a bunch, pretty sure I'm going to get the stillen exhaust, thinking about the kinetix cats cause they are cheaper :/ and the stillen headers, unless the Greddy headers come out and are cheap as promised but have close stats to the stillen, all about the hp and tq

you know, it'll probably sound pretty good with the kinetix, but the RT's do feel good on the butt dyno, don't know how the kinetix ones are, but anything is better than the stock cats, the stocks are huge and heavy. Well, let me know how your setup works out Pain.

Call me crazy, but if/when I get a Z, I'm going to mod the intake/heads/exhaust for sound first, performance second. There's nothing like a nice aggressive exhaust note... and its coming from your car!!
