so many Z owners have test pipes instead of cats....so many...how do they pass emissions? I want to get the berk pipes but I live in the U.S anyone in the U.S know how to get away with it?

 

O2 EXTENDERS or rear o2 delete with uprev or some sort of flasher does this?

 

as long as you dont have a code or visual inspection you will be okay. more than likely you will need to be tuned to turn off those sensors

 

I run Motordyne art pipes with built in extensions without any issues as far as testing goes .Guess it'll depend on whether or not you local testing units use an exhaust gas analyzer or an obd2 test for emissions regulations....

 

No fouler spark plug adapters DIY like Deadeye says.

really each place if different but legally no ..... any modification to your emission control devices is a federal offense and can lead to a $10k fine blah blah ....

be good or be good at it....

 

Move to a state that doesnt care about emmisions.

 

Noticed the OP is in PA and in PA they only test your gas cap. There is not a true emissions test in PA, so you can go to any parts store, get a new gas cap and you will pass 100% of the time. Run whatever you want
