Post New KINETIX Plenum Installation Instruction Page

Ok, the Plenum installation page is back up but now it's on my own domain... www.350ZFreak.com!

Here's the direct link to the plenum install page.

Great thing to do. The only thing is that I could swear my strut bar bolts/nuts took 12mm socket instead of 14mm.

Hey, I thought that size didn't matter?!

Yeah, we (all_bark and I) did discover that difference in the size of the strut bar bolts last week. We have the same year, and model of Z (2003 Touring), yet his bolts are 12mm and mine are 14mm. It's weird. I totally forgot that I was going to update the instructions to note that. Thanks for reminding me.

No Problem. The Version2 Plenums are even EASIER than the Version1's because you don't have to be concerned about cracking the plenum. Just crank that puppy down to 85 in/lbs and you're good to go!

I would highly recommend using Loktite on the flange bolts, as well as all the others. The plenum has a little tube of Loktite included with it for that purpose. You don't want anything to vibrate loose.
