Default 4 Different Warning Lights On

Hey guys,

A few days ago my I had these warning lights come on my 2003 Tourning:
- Check Engine Light
- Brake Light
- VDC Off light
- SLIP light

Anyone else have this happen? If so, what was wrong?

Thanks, Richard

I had the CEL, TSC Off, and SLIP light come on in my car once. I got worried and shut the car off for a week before taking it to the dealership to get checked out. They went through the car and told me that basically the ECU just freaked out. They said that it happens sometimes....but that nothing is actually wrong. Of course, when it happened, the car was driving fine and nothing seemed out of the ordinary other than the lights. Anyway, I'd suggest you take it over there and let them give it the once over to be sure...but I wouldn't be too terribly worried about it.

Unless you were doing something that gives you reason to worry....

Kind of sounds like mine. My low tire pressure indicator was on, Brake light, VDC off, and SLIP light was on along with the gas, low tire psi, and ice indicators in the other gauge pod I thought that was a record hehe...

Turns out my brake fluid was sort of low. Brake light is gone but SLIP won't go away. Not sure why.

Is it still under warranty?

I have an extended warranty. I guess I am going to take it in.

You are right, I needed new brakes on the front & rear, plus a new battery.

Thanks, Richard
