Default So my dealer quotes me $599 for 30K service!

Oh and this is for my 02 Maxima.

I tell the dealer I have a manual and notice that the price includes a transmission flush for auto's. I tell service, I don't need the auto trans service, coolant flush, oil change or in-cabin replacement.

Idiot service advisor says it comes as a package deal, no deleting anything. He said if I was to do everything separate it would be $899, WTF?

I proceeded to ask why a coolant flush is $119 when I paid $59 for a service flush at a local garage in town with the top of the line flush stuff, BG1.

Service idiot said it would void my warranty by me not using Nissan parts. I told him to get bent because he is full of **** and I said I am going somewhere else to get my car serviced for about 60% cheaper!

He said by putting my drop in K&N filter it would void my MAF sensor warranty. I just laughed and walked out.

What a tool? I couldn't believe how Nissan service rips people off with their outrageous prices and idiot employess! BTW this was at both dealer today! End of Rant!

Would I need a Tranny Flush if I only put 10k miles on my new tranny? I'm at 27k miles, but only 10k on new tranny. I was thinking of doing Coolant FLush and maybe spark plug change next month with my oil Change.

You can wait another 20K on the new tranny. I would go ahead and do the coolant. Spark plugs should be good till 60K or 100K!
