Default Possible Lemon, Please HELP!!

Thanks ahead of time for any responces helping in resolving this matter.

I purchased a brand new 2006 350z Enthu. in mid Feb.

Since the purchase I have had to replace the following:

Seals on both side windows -Water leaks Etc.
6 Speed Tranny -
Y PIPE
---------
Its currently in the shops for:
Replacement Engine -Burning oil 3.4 Qts in 1,200 miles

Replacement Of Wheels -Unkown Corroding, Nissan Corporate took pictures for future cases.

Hatch Bumper Stops
----------
There isnt too much more to replace since, I already upgraded the suspenion.

Guys do I have a lemon?

How can I get my money back or get a replacement?

Lemon laws vary from state to state. Generally the law covers multiple repairs of the same problem, or total time out of commission. Contact a lemon law attorney in your state

Today the hub assembly was replaced and tomorrow I am going back again for the same reason the hub assembly was changed. noise from front end.

are you in Cali? if so i know a good lawyer. However, you need to have multiple attempts to get something fixed. but you can give it a try...

You don't need multiple attempts to qualify as a lemon. It all depends on the nature of the problem. For example, suppose your brake fails due to mechanical problem, no one expect you to have the brake fail two more times before making a lemon claim (assuming you survived the first failure). I've lemoned a car before and it is best to talk to a legal professional to see if you have a case. Or if you are brave enough you can do it on your own and go through Better Business Bureau and mediation.

You should have gone to Toyota of Orange where you won't get a lemon.
