Default Slip and vdo light

My 06 was in afront end accident The drivers side front susspension is pushed back about 2 or 3 inches The car is in the shop now they just started taking it apart.Anyway when they started it up to pull it into the shop the vdo and slip light stayed on Was wondering if this is because the suspension is damaged maybe some wires are cruahed or broken

Each wheel has a speed sensor mounted to the axle. That was probably damaged in the accident and it is triggering the VDC/Slip lights.
