Default help on alert sound!!

My Z is throwing an alert sound everytime I start driving. Is like 1 min later I start the engine and I'm on my way. Is a similar sound as the headligth sound (when you leave them ON while turning off the engine). Is like a Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeppppp for about 10 sec. It cant be the pads since I change them yesterday (12/29/06). I also reseted the ecu yesterday and nothing happen.

What can it be and/or what can I do to make it stop??

Thanks for the help!!

did your tire pressure monitor light up? I know in my Titan,,when the temp would get cold,,,my pressure light would come on and it would give off this long, annoying beep....just my quick thought......So far my 06 Z's pressure monitor is doing ok.

Well my "psi" light in the multisensor gauge is always Blinking. but as far as I know there's no alert sound for psi. However I'm not 100% sure. But I really want to fix this up. BTW in my dash there's NO lights on.

What could it be??

Obviously it's the tire pressure sensors. Either you took them off your car (aftermarket wheels) or they stopped working, or your pressure is dangerously low.

I read the owner's manual twice and there's no alert sound for tire pressure. There's only 3 reasons why the Z give an alert sound, and those are; If (1)you leave the lights on when you turn off your car (2) If you leave the key in the ignition and (3) if the pads need to be changed. So I think that the tire pressure is not the problem that is causing the car to beeeeppp for 5 sec. BTW my tire pressures are Front 33---32 Rear 29----28.

Correct me if I am wrong, and if somebody have an idea polease help me out!!

Thanks!

I remember for a fact that the owner manual says there're beeps for tpms. They are two long beeps, each last 10 seconds.

I got a slow leak in one of my tires, trust me, there is a LONG loud beep when your tire pressure gets low, and your PSI on your gauge will start blinking. You should also get the (!) on your dash. It's all one reason - you've pissed off your tire pressure sensor, either by removing them, or you have a low tire.
