Default SES light

k when i went to look at the car before i bought it... the SES light was on and i got the dealership to fix it... the night i brought the car home... and about 2 hours of driving it... the light came back on and i called the dealership the next morning... wells it turns out i was driving with this light for about 2 days and it all of a sudden the light disappeares... my question is... is that possible?

the light will be back. Next time it comes on make sure to get the computer hooked up so you can pull the code that the computer is throwing. Once you have that you can determine what is in need of repair.

I don't know if you have an autoparts store near you like this, but Autozone in the U.S. will scan your CEL/SES light for free. The dealer will charge you about $100...just something to think about.
