Sputtering During Warm-up
140 bugs, really easy to change: http://www.courtesyparts.com/kb_search_result.php?keywords=[23796]+\%28z33&cPath=714_715_716_725[/URL]
Just try to disconnect the exhaust one, and test if sputter still there.

i think for HR its different . . maybe this one
http://www.courtesyparts.com/23796-v...4_715_716_725&
but . . . . what concerns me is . . if the solenoid is bad . . why is it not throwing a code ? ?
has anyone else replaced the VTC solenoid with regards to the sputtering issue ? ?

I asked because i read this post from Z1 Performance:
"not all codes throw check engine lights - that would be the first thing to do
based on your oil change stories, perhaps your VTC solenoids are gumming up. Easy enough to remove them, clean them with brake cleaner, use new gaskets, and reinstall. Not a common thing, but I have seen it before"
and it seems like nobody tried it!

I beleive, no one did!
And it is very interesting, as it can probably solve this problem that makes me nervous every morning last three years!
Hope, someone will try it soon, as I'll be able to get to the service station only next month...
