Default 2003 track with OEM navigation problem

Somethings wrong with my OEM navigation. Stupid maintence information keeps popping up! its soo annoying!!! when i plan a route 10 secs later the stupid maintenence information pops up!! I press CANCEL or MAP and it comes back on in like 10 secs! is this a bug? Has this happen to anyone here before? the maintenece information is the window that shows up when you press INFO

reset your ****. is it telling you you need maintenance for oil change? just reset it back to 0 miles and you should be good.

i'm assuming its not the green screen that tells you you're overdue for maintenance...

does it only happen when you have a route set?
if so, it could be the software. now is a good time to update, just check craigslist

if it happens all the time with or without a route set, i would check the "INFO" button. Pop the key pad out and press cancel or map then unplug it and see if it goes back again.

The OP did a double-thread, posting the same question on two sub-forums.

Go to the Audio & Video subforum to post replies and abandon the thread on this sub-forum.

Why do people do that (post the same thread to multiple subforums)?

^^ You are correct...agree with you, but beyond this; responses should be directed to:

https://my350z.com/forum/audio-and-video/327932-2003-track-with-oem-navigation.html

... and only because he started two identical threads.

EDIT: Hopefully a my350z.com Moderator reads this thread and locks it so any information goes to the other thread the OP started.
