Default Amber Driving lights?

Ok, I have been wondering this for a while. The lights that come on before you turn on your headlights those amber driving lights i guess you should call them. Do 03's have them? I know it sounds dumb but Mine do not work i flip the light switch and the tail lights turn on but nothing up front. What would cause this?

Sorry for really dumb question, i noticed it driving home today and saw another Z that had theirs on then i saw this picture below and I started to wonder.

And no im not talking about the side markers! i know those are aftermarket.

Im not sure if there is a separate fuse or not, but it is strange for both to go out at once. Could be a bad switch or a short someplace, wires could be damaged somewhere along the path to the lights, but check bulbs and fuses first, 99% of the time thats all the problem.
