LSD done?
I have an 04 performance/6speed. Before last week I could always get both tires spinning easily...now it seems the lsd might be shot.. any ideas? It mainly does one leggers, and if I hit it right both will spin...but not like it did before...is this thing shot or do I just need to replace the fluid? The car has 27,000 miles on it.
you probably should not make a habit of spinning your tires. you are putting a lot of stress on your engine and drivetrain components, as well as putting wear on your tires, which are rather expensive for this car.

if that were the case I woulda bought a FWD car.
Are there any diffs that work with my car? All the ones I see say they only work in previous non LSD cars.

It sounds like you would be happy with the Nismo diff... It comes with the output shafts, new bearings & seals, and the diff is adjustable.

Forgot to add... Yes your VDC will remain unaffected. If you are going to upgrade the diff and plan on staying NA, now would be the time to also upgrade the ring and pinion gears to 3.9 or 4.09 ratio.

going turbo with a goal of 600rwhp. Will that Nismo stand up to the abuse?(im going to put it through hell and I don't wanna waste money on something that will break also..i dont mind spending more money if its gonna do what I need it to do)

I bought this car for the soul purpose of getting every last drop of performance out of it as I can. I know how bad it is for the car..but it wasn't designed to be a show car that can't be abused...Ive had the car for 2,500 miles and im on my second set of tires already. I got a twin disk to help with the clutch issue and ill be building it the right way as I did my RX7 with the vette motor. If I break something ill just upgrade it..
you have pics up for the RX7? that sounds pretty cool.
