Default running lights not working

got pulled over tonight and police said my running lights are not on but brake lights work. Thoughts? Headlights work but that is it.

Unhappy Break Lights work but tail lights don't work..

Ok so I had these headlights on my car. They were Autozensation Halogen jdm projector headlights. They have LED lights that would turn on with my tail lights (I'm guessing its called running lights) but recently they haven't been turning on. So I checked my front lights and one the wires was rubbing against my tire and rip the cables open that connect to the LED Lights. I'm guessing they open wires touch and maybe shorted a fuse or something which is why both front and rear LED Lights are not working. But I check all the fuses and I'm not finding one thats blown. I'm really hoping the rear lights didn't burn out because of what happened (I don't know if that's possible let me know if it is or not) but yeah I can't seem to find the issue.

Default I had the same exact thing happen

Did you ever find a solution? My tire rubbed through my harness as well and I repaired all of the freyed/broken wires but my running lights and my headlight bulbs are still not working. I checked all the fuses and the headlight bulbs they’re all fine.(one headlight bulb works but cuts on and off) Still not sure why none of this would be working. Brake lights work but not the running tail lights.
