Default NEED HELP: Major headlight problem.

my passenger side was headlight-less for about a month and I guess rain dropped on one of my headlight harness because it would not turn on when i put my headlight on. blinkers and idle lights are on but the headlight..I know I'm a dumb *** for not covering that harness with electric tape.

I replaced hid bulb and even ballast but still the same. could it be the harness that's connected to the whole engine assembly because of rain? if so, how can i solve this issue?

Cheaper solution and I hope this is it but remove the ballast, shake off the excessive water, let it dry up under the sun and reinstall it. If that doesn't work I suggest perhaps switching the ballast from the other side to see if that is it. Let me know how that turns out.

i don't think it's ballast issue. i think it's the harness that's connected to the headlight assembly. because I had another ballast. let's just say I tried with three different ballast and it did not work.

fixed the problem. fuses were behind the battery compartment.
