Default Brake squeaking noise when NOT braking

Could this be a sign that the pads are shot? Its from the passenger side, and I think rear only. Again, it only squeaks when im NOT braking, and goes away when I brake. I havent gotten a chance to take a look at my pads yet, just wondering if anyone has had this before?

It's most likely the wear indicator touching the rotor. Check your pads they are probably shot.
