If I can't figure it out. I guess I'll take It in and have it looked at.

Though I consider taking your car to the mechanic equivalent to paying someone to grope your wife.

^^^^ Funny but true. You don't have any mechanic friends whom you can trust not to rip you off?

Nope.

If I want it done right, I usually just do it myself.

Unless it's something like this that is truly puzzling.

It's hard to tell what they will try to pull over on me when I take it in.

Ok. Update.

I jacked the car up and spun both front rims as fast as possible with my hand.

Driver side was fine.
However
Pass side, I heard a slight clunking sound with each rotation. Not as pronounced as when driving, but I imagine the weight of a few thousand pounds will amplify the problem.

I looked and looked to see if the wheel or hub was hitting something.

I found nothing. The sound seems to come from thin air.

Watcha think? Wheel bearing?

If so, do you think this is something I can replace myself? I'm pretty handy with a wrench.

I found replacements with google for around 60.00.

You should be able to handle it. It's bolted to the spindle/knuckle with 4 bolts that should be accessible once the wheel, brake caliper, rotor are removed. There's a wheel speed sensor nearby, so be careful not to damage it.

Section FAX of the service manual shows the torque for the bolts.

I'd suggest only using OEM or name brand parts on something like this. It's no place to take chances with cheap knockoffs.
