HIGH pitched bell when starting car
Ever since I bought the car (2005 35th anni) there has always been a high pitched bell that sounds off when I start the car. Lately it even goes off when im driving. Im not sure if it is some aftermarket alarm built in..but also whenever there is a flashing light (post officer truck, ambulence, firetruck) there is a ticking noise that goes off inside the dash. The ticking doesnt bother me, just trying to find out what the bell is. Here is a video

Also there is a light bulb that is drilled next to the VDC button on the side of the dash, turns red when the bell goes off, turns green when not. The bell has gone off 8x in a row before
Any help or info is greatly appreciated !

I think fire trucks, ambulances, and police cars have something that modifies the traffic light sequencing when they're running their emergency lights. Sounds like your car is responding to that signal. I wouldn't think the postal service truck would use the system, though.
I'd be looking for some kind of alarm system box. Trace the wiring from the extra light on the dash.

Take the car to a shop that installs alarm systems. They would be able to tell you or show you where the alarm box is likely to be. You may get lucky, and they'll recognize the alarm and get you some instruction for it.
Another approach would be to Google car alarm and images to see who uses a little dash light like the one you have on your car.
