Default SES light after coilpack reconection mix-up

Hey guys, I changed my plugs yesterday and while reconnecting my coils with the harness I mixed up cyl #4 with #6. It idled rough for a second then I turned it off and double checked my work. I found the mix-up and fixed it, but the SES light won't shut off even after ECU reset and battery unplug methods. The car runs fine and I know the light was from the coil mix-up. Is there anything else I could do to shut the light off or should I just let it be and it will take care of itself?

If the light is still coming on after the reset then your ECU is still seeing something it doesn't like. Check the codes.

^Exactly, I think there may be a second problem that hasn't been addressed.

If the light comes on immediately after reseting the ECU look for unconnected connections.

I retraced my steps and found a loose relay. It was partially connected so it was giving me mixed results. Thank God it was something simple. Thank you for the help.
