Exclamation Transmission/Slave Cylinder issue???

05 G35 sedan 6 speed CD009 trans

Having an issue with what seems to be the Slave Cylinder. When i drive the vehicle after about 30-40 minutes with constant clutch pedal action going on, like if you were in stop and go traffic, The clutch pedal seems to just go down all the way. It comes up but not all the way up, and it feels like the pressure plate is BARELY Opening which engages the clutch almost instantly when you release the clutch once its been pushed down. You have to place your foot under the clutch pedal to make it come all the way up.

After you let it chill for sometime or overnight, it goes back to normal like if everything is all good..

NOW: I changed the Slave cylinder, with the foiled sleeved line, and I CANNOT get fluid to Bleed through it or a Firm Pedal..! NADA, tried for 3 hours, the CORRECT way "Nissan" says to do it, also called friends who said to try it with the vehicle ON and Nothing..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you for your time in reading this and your possible help in the future..

Its actually the master that is the problem. Take the master apart and clean the gunk out of it, or pay $15 for the rebuild kit from Fontana Nissan and rebuild it. Then bleed the system.

Same thing happened on my 05 and many other peoples car. The master piston is not returning, cause by the sludge the builds up in the cylinder.

Nissan says to NOT PRESSURE BLEED, screw that. Pressure bleeding makes it so much easier. I have done it both ways .

I am having the same issue with the clutch pedal. What did you do to fix this issue? It seems like you rebuilt/replaced the master cylinder. Could you describe where the master cylinder is located and how to pressure bleed the system. Thanks!

Master cylinder is attached to the clutch pedal, simple to replace, easy to rebuild , PITA to bleed.

You need to remove the transmission to replace the slave cylinder on any HR Z.

This should be required reading for anyone with a MT Z.
