The other day i was changing my license plate lights and left my headlights on while changing them all of the sudden it sparked and my license plate lights wouldn't turn on again. None of my back night lights work (tail light + license plate light) but the tail light works when i press on it.
I have checked both fuse boxes and everything seems to be working. Any suggestions?

 

Double check with a multi meter the pain in the A$$ to get fuse box on the passenger side hidden under the plastics near the battery cover. I had the same problem where my tail lights worked but break lights and headlights wouldn't turn on. I replaced a fuse I can't recall the fuse right now but if you meter each fuse with the car accessory on you should be able to locate the blown fuse
