Default Issue with engine AND transmission?

I have a 2008 350z which is completely stock, it has about 52k miles on it. In the past few months I have been having problem after problem with it, and it all seems to be connected to the drivetrain.

Problem 1
Engine
RPMs are not consistent
+When I start the engine the rps jump at consistent rate then bounce around.
+Took a ~4 hr car ride the other weekend and averaged ~70mph. When I stopped at a gas station at my destination. When my vehicle was restarted it sounded like my engine wanted to die, the rps went up and then the car sounded like it almost stalled out(not in gear).

Problem 2
Transmission
+Fifth gear grinds randomly when shifting @ higher speeds
+Second gear, feels like shifter "knocks" into something when shifting. This is strange even though I am shifting correctly

Problem 3
Clutch?
+I think my clutch may be slipping. On inclines starting from a complete stop it takes a second to get going
+When attempting to pass cars on the highway at ~50mph the rps will jump and then drop

The drivetrain is still covered unders warranry. The vehicle was purchased used from a dealership with ~34k miles on it. I have had more problems than I would like with this car and at this point I might get rid of it. With that said I love love love driving this thing and for my price range it is the most fun I can have for what I got.

Does anyone have any idea or recommendations?

If it's under warranty give it to the dealership let them check it out! why waste your money to fix what is their problem. I had a crank position sensor that @ high RPM's it would fail for a few seconds causing a service engin soon light and my tach would jump around at RPM's higher than 6k but was fine if i kept the RPM's lower than 5k. i took it to the dealer and had them diagnosis it and brought the car back when the part came in. no cost no down time.

Yeah I was just trying to get an idea if anyone had heard of these issues before. Unfortunately the clutch will not be covered under warranty.

Take it in get everything covered that will be covered, and then talk to the tech, and see what he says.

The clutch is usually not covered under warranty, however engine/transmission is covered by Nissan's 5 year Powertrain warranty (along with airbags!).

Best to get it checked out at a local dealer. I would look into dealer ratings and see which one ranks out.

Will replacing the clutch and flywheel with non-oem parts void the warranty on the engine and or transmission?

Best to ask the dealer. I personally would only use OEM.
