Default Is something wrong with my transmission?

Hi there,
Just wondering if something is wrong with my transmission?

When I'm at a stop sign or a red light, when I try to take off, or just accelerate quickly... (I don't do this every day... ... ) the car won't just go... ?
I mean, I will be on 1st gear, but around 6K RMP, the clutch pedal engages itself ? And when I go on 2nd Gear, I accelerate and then... nothing, just like the car is on Neutral ?
To fix it I have to go on Neutral, wait a little bit for the car to calm down and put 2nd or 3rd, match rev and accelerate... And then the car will go...

Someome ever experienced this?

Thank you

Thinking your problem might be the clutch.

Yes, that's my first manual car, but I've driven manuals before.
I was stalling the first day, a lot, clutch was smelling very bad...
But now, about two weeks later, I drive it perfectly, shifting gears smoothly, and so...
Do you guys think that I killed the clutch during the first days oO ?

Thanks for your answers

Update:

Just turned the car on, put on 2nd Gear, Ebrake on, tried to take off and the car stalled
Tried to change gear without the clutch engaged and it's hard as hell, so it has plenty of grip left

Should I conclude that the Clutch is still here?
I mean, car has only 60K miles and I made the clutch suffer for 2 or 3 days :/

Thanks

What is CSC? Slave Cylinder?
If yes, it has been replaced under warranty (recall) by the previous owne
And my TCS (Enthusiast) is always on.

Thanks

If you have to match RPM's to get it in gear from neutral then your clutch is gone

Clutch is shot. You need a new assembly and pressure plate. --Spike

I would suggest taking your car to a competent mechanic and getting it checked. Diagnosis over the internet is difficult and you don't seem to believe your clutch is worn out. You stated the clutch was smelling pretty bad when you first started driving the car and that might have been enough to burn up the clutch. You have no idea how the car was driven by prior owners. I know you haven't had the car long, but still, the symtpoms sound like a burned up clutch.

Well stated and an excellent explanation. --Spike
