Default Odd vibration from shifter...

Back ground info,
2008 350z base
58K miles
Manual

After a long track day of extreme driving, I suddenly noticed the shifter would vibrate intensely, but not enough for it to swing side to side. The vibration would intensfy as the rpm increases. Again, not enough vibration for the shifter to swing. This vibration would occur in all gears including neutral. I'm not sure what is causing this vibration and I need your guy's input and opinion. Im guessing either, motor/trans mount, spark plugs, exhaust rattle, clutch disc/ pressure plate/ flywheel, but I can't really pin point exactly....

P.s. the car / vibration does not make any type of noise.

Thanks
Jack

Agreed. The Z shakes like crazy with no problems but if you were used to that and now it's alot worse I would check your mounts

when I swapped my diff bushing to a whiteline I felt more vibration in the shifter. then I got a magnaflow x pipe welded in and I feels the vibration alot more from the exhaust pressure. it vibrated with the engine speed. If you put a poly trans bushimg it might vibrate even more.

Common. Adjust and overcome. Become one with the vibration.
