Default Vibration coming from door

I sometimes get a strong vibration noise when I'm not driving very fast and was wondeirng if anybody has had this issue with their door. About a year ago, I replaced the window motor on the driver side and when I took the inside door panel out, about trhee of the rivets that hold the door panel broke off. I never replaced them and was wondering if you guys think that might be the issue. I'm thinking it could be because I don't remember having the vibrating nosie prior to opening up the door panel. I have included a pic of one that broke. I mainly want to know if you guys know where to buy these rivets. I think the dealer will over price them and when I look on Ebay, they don't look the same but was wondeirng if the ones that are listed under "350z rivets" are universal rivets. Or if you know where to get them, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Think you've answered your own question.

To give you an idea of the dealer price:

You could try these guys too - for a non-dealer price:

How much are you hoping to save by avoiding your dealership?

The clips cost around $2-$4 depending upon what you need.

I got them from the dealership. price was not bad. you also know you are getting the right ones. for some reason nissan used 2 different types in the door panel. go to the dealership and get them. no reason to pay shipping for them
