Nothing, but thats the point. It could be VDC spazzing out due to some anomaly, by pulling that yaw sensor, you will know 100% that VDC isnt causing the problem. Just process of elimination, helping you get closer to seeing if its the Cam sensor.

Ok, haven't gotten to removing the yaw sensor yet but is there any chance it could be a bad o2 sensor ?
I've replaced the cam sensor with OEM Nissan parts so I'm guessing the odds for them to be bad are slim.
Is there a way to test the Mass air flow sensor and throttle body before I go ahead and shell out some more dough on these ???

Do you have an OBD2 Adapter that you can plug in, and do some logging?

If it's an intermittent loss, I'd be looking at the fuel pump first.
I knew a guy who had a car that kept bogging down when he'd go fast, then he'd stop and the car would run fine. Turned out to be a bunch of twigs and army men that his kid dropped into the gas tank. I know that's not likely, but you could have a pump that's starting to quit on you.

Stalling at idle now makes it less likely a VDC problem, though it could still be a sensor malfunctioning.
It seems like you knocked out most of the common issues, I am guessing an electrical problem, check all your grounds. I've noticed you have a UR crank pulley, a while ago I had a friend who had similar problems (without stalling though) and it turned out to be one of his aftermarket pulleys,
taking it to nissan not an option? or find a nissan mechanic of craiglist

ah HA! gives me an idea...
the alternator belt may be slipping. A voltage log would confirm this

The alternator charges the battery, while the car is running, but doesnt affect startup. As long as its running enough to top the battery off, you would be able to fire up each time.
if you cant log with your app, just get someone to slowly increase revs while you check the voltage with a multimeter. Having said that, id still like to see the timing log, if possible

Guys, problem fixed. Turns out, the old shop who replaced the crank sensor zip tied the harness so tight and didn't leave any extra play in the harness. The vibration of the engine block was enough to pull on the connector and make a bad connection. What a hassle ! At least I have new cam and knock sensors, and my old ones as spare...
