I have a 2004 350z enthusiast, I decided to get new head lights and ended up getting z33 smoked 2003-2005 350z projector head lights off ebay! I took off the bumber and took out my head lights, then i noticed, my car has 8 pins while my new lights have 6, i plan on taking my old head lights, cutting off the harness and wiring it on my new head lights, i already started and ive hit a bump i dont know which wire goes where anymore, i can only get the high beams to turn on when i plug them in, i need to rewire it all and make it right, can i get a guide please, i really need help wiring the harness from my old light to my new head light ive been doing a lot of research and just cant seem to figure it out

 

time to bust out the FSM and see if it has an answer. You will probably need to compare the base headlights to hid and compare.

 

You bought the base headlights instead of the hid....talk to the eBay seller to see if you can exchange the headlights for the correct ones unless you want to destroy your connectors.... This thread might help you if you want to to this
