how about we list here all of the dealers who simply give no consideration to the customer. They need remember, we are the reason they are there!! Without us, there would be no dealer. The dealers listed here will be dealers who suck,.. just suck!!! Let's get bold and list all names too!

If you want to laugh and go back into time(old school sales tactics), go to Wright Nissan on rt 19. All the salesman hate each other and literally will fight to get you to drive their cars. Pathetic and disorganized dealer.

Best dealer is West Hills nissan, only dealer in pittsburgh that has a star certification by Nissan. Good prices, excellent salesman and they try very hard to help you even thought Nissan NA is mediocre...

 

Looks like all the big dealers in the Atlanta area could care less about customer satisfaction. No wonder they have to put a bag of cash in every car they sell.

 

Earnhardt Nissan - Mesa AZ

They have "forgotten" to order my parts on at least 4 occasions

They have fixed the wrong window (left one broke, they replaced the right)

They said my hatch won't open properly because it has a spoiler which is too heavy(the spoiler is the stock spoiler)

They lied to me and told me they replaced my gas door... they never did.... they just re-adjusted it and it still doesn't open properly.

They forgot to install the bulbs in my headlights when they replaced the lenses due to stress cracks

They said I was the ONLY guy complaining about the pulling to the right/drifting issue(NNA later said MANY owners are having this issue and a TSB was released)

they attempted to fix my windows rolling up/down problem 7 times in 6 months.

They never did fix it right. I went to another dealer and they finally got it.

And finally... my service advisor at Earnhardt Nissan, Rob Estes, told me I'm too picky and They don't ever want to see my car in their service drive again.

Now that is what I'm talking about when I mean service that just "sucks"!! How in the world can a dealer sell you a product and turn around and tell the customer that you should never come back here because you want your car to stay the way you bought it??????? What the ****!!!! Stuff like this makes me so mad!! Covenant Nissan of paducah kentucky will not change my back tires because the changed the fronts and cut a ring all the way around the rims and had to replace them with new ones. So the don't even want to touch the rears!!! What!!!!!! What!!!!!
