Default car wont start

Ok, so i was leaving my friend's house when i went to start the car (2003 350z, 6mt) and click. I tired again and nothing; i noticed that i didn't get any power to anything. My friend comes out and hears the click, and decides that we should push start the car. it works and i limp the car home. I pop the hood and look at the battery and the negative battery cable exploded at the terminal, most likely due to corrosion. there was however a slight touching of the 2 ends of the broken cable allowing me to drive home.

I replace the cable and go to start, and it sounds super rough, and eventually ends up throwing a misfire code. then it won't start. i find out that 3 coil packs have shorted, which caused the ecu and ignition fuse to blow. unplugged the three bad backs and replace the fuse and then the fuse wouldn't blow. a few days later i replace the bad coils and go to start the car and it just cranks and cranks.

i have read a bunch of threads about bad coils also shorting the ecu out. but i bought a used supposedly working ecu off a FB group. and i assumed that when i would go start the car that the red security light would stay solid because the keys aren't programmed to the "new" ecu. the light doesn't do anything as with the old ecu. now i replaced both camshaft sensors around 9 months ago, but not the crank sensor. and from the reading i have been doing a bad crank sensor will not allow the car to start. I'm stumped, so any help would be appreciated. I'm almost at the point where i just wanna say F*** it and tow it to a dealer.

thanks for the read

You didn't mention if you replaced the battery.
