Default "lumping" sound

So lately I've had vibration in my steering and it's gotten worse over time. I just replaced my front tires and had the wheels balanced, and it persisted. I then had my alignment done, and it persisted.

So when I get up to 45+ MPH and turn the wheel to the left, there is a lumping sound that comes from the left side of the car. I don't think the wheels is bent, because when I'm going straight I hardly hear the sound (unless I'm doing 70+). It's most prominent when I turn the wheel left.

I have a 2005 Touring with the stock wheels. Any thoughts?

Agreed, check your wheel bearings before doing anything else.

Now that i remember, it seems like you're having the same symptoms as I did a while back. I made a thread about it and got it fixed. Check it out. I have the wheel bearing part #'s in there too to help you. Front ones and rear. Hope this helps.
