Default No start, electrical issue

Really weird problem, 03 350z. Ecu is not powering on. I have power and ground at all the main pins except pin 111 which goes to the relay. There’s power at the fuse but nothing at the relay but I have continuity from relay to ecu. The radiator fans come on full blast, fuel pump doesn’t turn on, and service engine light doesn’t come on. The NATS light on my dash is solid, which leads me to believe it’s an NATS issue, but when I plug my scanner in it cannot connect to the vehicle but it does power up.
PLS HELP

If it's not an ECM fuse, it's most likely a blown ECM.

EDIT:
Why are you creating a new thread on this? If you want to continue the discussion from your original thread, then you should just stick with that one. You'll just waste everyone's time and get a lot of the same info otherwise.

When the old ecu fried it also melted the wire that wire that goes from the ecm to relay. Got the new ecm in and is running good so far
