engine oil and spark plugs
Ive always liked the NGK brand but there are other such as bosch or OEM Nissan ... unless you doing something crazy with the car you standard OEM / OEM replacement will be fine.

OEM spark plugs are NGK, but ND will also do fine. Still--and depending on mileage--there's no real need to replace the plugs unless they're damaged or worn out. As for oil, there's plenty of threads on recommendations, but I'd go for Mobil 1 0-40W FS Euro blend and a top quality filter.

If you didn't add a fuel stabilizer before storing the car, then dump the fuel and fill it with some fresh gas. You might want to add a bottle of Techron to the tank, since without stabilizer, it's likely to be a bit on the varnish side at this point. Also, check the condition of your hoses and belt. It wouldn't be a bad time to lube the hinges and do a quick inspection of your boots as well.
