Default Window rolls all the way up on its own

Hi Guys. It is my first Post so feel free to give any advice/kudos etc. I live in Europe and i own a 2005 Coupe EuroSpec. So far its been fantastic and i absolutely love it. First Car of a kind for me so nothig but joy since i bought it. However, 3 Weeks ago my Driver Window assembly/regulator failed, leaving me with half opened window that wont close or open. So i took everything out(following tutorials from this respective Forum and regulator wire was all tangled up and motor was hurt too. So i bougnt a used Regulator(120$) and new motor(35$) from ebay. So ive put everything together, done window reset procedure and it works like a charm. Auto up, auto down, pinch also. However for some reason, window wont stay down when car is off and doors are opened then closed. So whenever you get outside the car and close the doors window goes up all the way, regardless if it is half down or all the way down, closes automatically So long story short it is unable for the window to stay opened when car is off and doors are opened then closed. This does not happen if engine is running or when the key is turned to On position. Hope that someone here could help me. Its not a big problem but it is something that needs to be set/repaired. Thanks Guys
