Stalling/ and loud hissing, squealing noise

Stalling/ and loud hissing, squealing noise
I have an 03 350z 93,000. Mods are Kinetix Velocity Manifold, z1 m-spec CAI (street version), and invidia n1 exhaust.
a month or so after installation of the Kinetix Velocity Manifold, I was driving, somewhere around 4k rpm, put it in neutral, and the car stalled. Ever since, anytime i get it high in the rpm range, and put it in neutral it stalls. This has been happening around a year and a half. Now the weird part is, the idle is normal, it doesn't bounce fluctuate at all. (i have not gotten a tune yet).
On top of this, recently in the past 6 months a new problem occurred, with a loud hissing/ squealing, on cold start, and it lasts until the car is well warm enough. once it's warm i gave it a rev and it came back, but as the car kept getting warmer, and i kept giving little revs, the noise would be less and less, until it isnt there anymore.
and now even more recently within the past couple weeks, i raced a buddy in 2nd gear, and when i punched it, it felt like the car heisitated or sputtered, and then all the power kicked in.
I hope this is enough, if anyone can give me real solutions, I would greatly appreciate it.

As stated above, you might try putting a vacuum guage on it but in my experience vacuum leaks cause idle surge.
The noise you're hearing is most likely your intake manifold gasket whistling as air rushes past/over it. Remove it, seal both sides and reinstall to correct torque
