vibration at 3500rpm?

vibration at 3500rpm?
After accelerating above 3500rpm in any gear and then lifting off the throttle, when the tach needle returns to 3500rpm I hear and feel a vibration in the shifter. Does anyone else have this problem and what if anything needs to be fixed? Thanks
